The “Picklist” template is a 50-page, 3,500-word MS Word document containing lists that can be installed in home inspection software that has narratives with multiple-choice capability. Home Inspector Pro, HomeGauge, and Spectacular all have this feature and so do a number of other inspection software programs.
A narrative with a Picklist typically looks something like this:
“The electrical service panel was located (ServicePanelLocation).”
Clicking (ServicePanelLocation) would bring up the following list from which you could choose a location:
