Reduce reporting time and liability using these professionally written narratives!

Stop walking away from residential boat docks and the opportunity to inspect them as an ancillary inspection! The Standards of Practice do not require entering the water.
For those wanting to upsell, you can start inspecting boat docks, boat lifts and boathouses using this comprehensive template!

WHAT IS IT?

In addition to private boat docks, this ready-to-use template includes over 2,100 narratives for the inspection of boat lifts and boathouses. As with other InterNACHI Narrative Library templates, both narratives and the template organization are editable.

Reminder Window Content

In addition to the narratives, the template contains around 80 Reminder Windows with reference material designed to help educate those new to boat dock inspection. See the list here!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

This template does not affect how Spectora works, it simply gives users immediate access to many more narratives, along with onboard information and links to pages that provide inspection guidance.

Use Spectora’s search feature to find narratives fast!

Understanding "Optional" Sections and Items

You’ll notice that in the outline (as in the template) quite a few Sections and Items have been made Optional (grey font).

Sections and Items in grey font (optional titles):

Can easily be added to any report without leaving the inspection report you have open, by clicking Section + , or Item +.

Sections and Items in blue font:

Will be included in the report unless you abandon the report you’re working on, go into the Template Editor, change the title status by clicking the pencil icon to the right of the title, and then create a new report (start over). No one wants to do all that!
