1. Downloading the file
a. When you receive the email with the "INL Commercial Master" file attached, mouseover the attachment and click the Down arrow. This sends the attached file to your Downloads folder or to the bottom left corner of your screen.
b. Drag the file onto your computer desktop

2. Installing the Narrative Library template files:
2 a. (for Mac) Open “documents”, then open the Home Inspector Pro folder.
2 b. Double-click the Home Inspector Pro folder and double-click the Data folder
2 c. Inside the data folder is where all your templates live. Drag the INL Commercial master file into this list and drop it anywhere. it will populate automatically in alphabetical order.
When you open your copy of Home Inspector Pro, Select "Open Template", scroll down to INL Commercial Master.TPZ, and select "Open"
